Founded in 2003, Garnier Arquitectos has built a strong reputation for excellence since its inception. Our firm specializes in innovative design for hospitality projects, high-end residential developments, corporate offices, and medical device manufacturing plants. In the field of manufacturing facilities for medical accessories, electronic devices, and micro-components, we have collaborated with international corporations that choose Costa Rica as one of their strategic hubs for operations and manufacturing.

At Garnier Arquitectos, we focus on the design, consulting, and construction coordination of architectural projects in the industrial, medical, and commercial sectors, among others.

Our team develops both the site planning and exterior design of buildings, as well as the interior design of functional spaces, lobbies, office areas, production zones, warehouses, dining areas, and circulation areas for the flow, entry, and exit of raw materials and finished products.

The firm has a high level of experience and prestige in the design and development of clean rooms and environmentally controlled spaces. We have participated in the design of numerous clean rooms and have worked closely with various industries that require these types of specialized facilities.

Garnier Arquitectos has designed more than 655,000 m² of industrial buildings, with projects that typically range between 20,000 m² and 30,000 m². Most of these projects include more than 92,950 m² of clean rooms and/or controlled-environment areas.
