Thank you for your interest in being part of the platform. In order to proceed with your registration, the company must meet the following requirements:
The objective of Supplier Registration is to have a registry of previously qualified companies capable of providing services to investors, related to the installation and operation of a company in Costa Rica; as a mechanism to strengthen foreign trade activity and the attraction of investment in Costa Rica.
This process is applicable to all service provider companies interested in being part of the Catalog of suppliers of the Foreign Trade Promotion Agency of Costa Rica (PROCOMER).
In the event that the company to be registered offers services, in order to fill out the form correctly, it must meet the minimum requirements detailed below:
Be up to date with its obligations before the Costa Rican Social Security Fund (CCSS) and the General Directorate of Taxation.
Must have a corporate website in English and Spanish.
Must have three letters of reference from clients or projects, except in the case of park management companies that have not started productive operations, in which case the executive agreement for the granting of the Free Zone Regime will be accredited.
It must have a Certificate of Legal Status no more than one month old, which certifies the existence and validity of the company and the powers of the legal representative, or special power of attorney for such purpose.
An affidavit duly signed by the legal representative of the company must be submitted.
The legal representative of the company must have a Digital Signature.
