Chocolate Victoria is manufactured in batches of raw material from small farms located in areas that produce cocoa and coffee made by the hand of coffee growers associated with the first cooperative in Costa Rica, CoopeVictoria, in high-quality coffee areas of the Central Valley. Working hand in hand with small producers allows us to observe the process closely and thus ensure the traceability of the product from the field to the national and international market.
